Stop by the Community Classroom and enjoy a quick and easy 15 minute table massage. These are clothes sessions that feel like a slice of heaven to refresh your energy for the rest of the day.

Concepts of Tai Chi: Movement to Release Stress & Anxiety

Align with Sarah Community Classroom begins regualr Thursday evening classes of Gentle Movement to Release Stress & Anxiety. We will focus on 3 concepts of Tai Chi and learn, practice and explore how they feel to clam the body by shifting attention away from what is blocking up negative enrgy. As always this is beginner friendly.
$10 Class Fee.
