Concepts of Tai Chi
March 6th, 13th & 20th
6:30pm start
3 Basic Concepts of Tai Chi, Gentle Movement to Release Stress & Anxiety
Learn to change focus and perspective with these simple concepts of Tai Chi. This is a recurring class offered each Thursday evening in February. We will just be learning and practicing 3 concepts so there is no routine to remember. Just movements and awareness about how you feel. As always, this is beginner friendly.
$10 class fee to attend



March 10th,17th, 24th, 31st
​Through the month of March, we will be expanding meditation time to a full-length class on Monday evenings. This is still beginner level work and class will include lecture and practice. The Community Classroom has supplies for those that need them but please what you would need to be comfortable. Yoga mat, heavy blanket or towels, bolsters... are all great supplies.
We will start at 5pm and finish around 6pm
$20 class fee.
March 10th Meditation Class will be offered just before Yin Yoga with Christina. Special price offered on the Meditation class if you are staying for Yoga! See the buttons below

As Align with Sarah expands into a bigger reach and more space to support that expansion, I will be filling the Community Classroom with classes and events of all kinds!
Think Yoga, Tia Chi, movie nights, nutrition talks, drop-in lunch time mini massage sessions, anxiety support clinic, meditation classes, sound healing... let me know what you would like to see show up on the calendar and reach out if you would like to rent the space to offer a class!
